Ingredients
2 grilled chicken white
4 green onions chopped
10 ml (2 TSP) of chopped ginger
2.5 ml (1/2 TSP) of Sambal Oelek (optional)
Spray olive oil
4 tortillas mean (7 inch – 18 cm)

60 ml (1/4 cup) (Grenoble, pine, macadam) mixed nuts (optional)
Mayonnaise or cream sour
4 lettuce leaves

250 ml (1 cup) diced mango
284 ml (1 box) of Mandarin into quarters
250 ml (1 cup) pineapple chunks
30 ml (2 tbsp.) mild onion, diced
60 ml 1/4 cup of guava juice
30 ml (2 tbsp) chopped coriander
Pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)
1 ml (1/4 teaspoon) pure vanilla extract
Preparation
Cut the chicken into strips and spray the oil.
Grill the chicken in a skillet with green onion and Ginger ground about 5 minutes, stirring.
Spreads tortillas of mayonnaise or cream sour.
Place lettuce. Add salsa to fruit well drained.
Add the chicken strips.
Pay another spoonful of salsa.
Complete with a leaf of lettuce.
Close the sandwich by folding.
Serve immediately.
Tropical fruit salsa
Mix all ingredients in salsa.
Macerate 2 hours in the refrigerator. It can also reduce it a fine purée in Blender lengthening with water according to the desired smoothness.
