Tex – mex to crockpot chicken

servings: 4 servings, 1-1/2 cups (375 ml) each
what need you
1 lb (450 g) chicken breasts boneless and Skinless, cut into 1-inch wide strips
2 tbsp (half a packet of 35 g) seasoning to tacos
2 tbsp flour
1 green pepper and 1 red pepper, cut into 1-inch wide strips
1 cup frozen corn
1-1/2 cup salsa to large pieces
1 cup grated cheese Tex Mex Kraft
What to do
PLACE the chicken, seasoning and flour in the crock pot. Incorporate the rest of the ingredients, except the cheese, and then close the lid.
Cook for 6 to 8 hours all at low temperature (or 3 to 4 hours at high temperatures).
STIR and garnish with grated cheese before serving.

A touch of brightness serve this dish on rice and populate with slices of fresh, chopped cilantro and green onions.
Creative remains cool leftovers and refrigerate them. They retain up to 3 days. Reheat them in a skillet over medium heat, stirring from time to time. Use stew hot, rolled in a tortilla to wheat.
